Kazakh Alexander Bublik beat Hungarian Marton Fucsovics 6-1, 6-2, 6-4 to reach the second round of Wimbledon at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London on Monday evening.
The world No 38, will face Serb Dusan Lajovic next.
He needed just one hour and 22 minutes to ease past Fucsovics, and saved all four break points he faced. Fucsovics was a quarter-finalist at Wimbledon last year; Bublik reached the third round, and has never been to the second week at Wimbledon.
