Andorrà Open: Parrizas Diaz advances to second round

Spaniard Nuria Parrizas Diaz moved into the second round of the Andorrà Open by winning against Romanian Patricia Maria Tig 7-5, 6-2 at Polideportivo de Andorra in Andorre on Monday evening.

Parrizas Diaz, ranked No 122, will play the winner of the match between Frenchwoman Alize Cornet, the No 8 seed, and Cagla Buyukakcay next.
