Berlin Open: Sabalenka saves four match points to edge past Rybakina and reach last four
Aryna Sabalenka edged out Elena Rybakina 7-6 (6), 3-6, 7-6 (6) on Friday and will play Marketa Vondrousova in the next round

Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka, the top seed, edged out Kazakh Elena Rybakina 7-6 (6), 3-6, 7-6 (6) to reach the semi-finals of the Berlin Open at the Rot-Weiss Tennis Club.
Sabalenka, ranked No 1, will face Marketa Vondrousova next.
The Belarusian won against Swiss qualifier Rebeka Masarova (6-2, 7-6 (6)) in the previous round of the Berlin tournament.
In the previous rounds of the Berlin tournament, Rybakina, ranked No 11, defeated American lucky loser Ashlyn Krueger (6-3, 7-6 (3)) and qualifier Katerina Siniakova (6-4, 7-6 (5)).
