Bogota Open: Riera books spot in second round
Julia Riera benefited from the abandonment of Francesca Jones on Tuesday and will play Iva Jovic in the next round

Argentinian Julia Riera moved into the second round of the Bogota Open when Francesca Jones retired at the Country Club Bogota on Tuesday.
Riera, ranked No 157, led 6-2, 5-7, 5-3 when Jones, ranked No 129, pulled out.
The 22-year-old Argentinian will play Iva Jovic next.
