Sara Bejlek reached the second round of the Florianopolis Open by winning against Italian Sara Errani, the No 4 seed, 6-1, 7-6 (5) on Tuesday.

Bejlek, ranked No 134, will face Frenchwoman Leolia Jeanjean next.
