Poland’s Magdalena Frech won against Kazakh qualifier Anna Danilina 6-2, 6-2 to move into the second round of the Hong Kong Open on Wednesday.
Frech, ranked No 70, will face Italian Martina Trevisan, the No 6 seed, next.
