Romanian wildcard Anca Alexia Todoni moved into the last 16 of the Iasi Open by winning against Greek Despina Papamichail 6-4, 6-4 at Baza Sportivă Ciric on Monday afternoon.
Todoni, ranked No 472 in the world, will face Swiss Jil Teichmann, the No 6 seed, next.
