Lois Boisson recovered from a set down to defeat compatriot Chloe Paquet and win the Saint Malo title

Wildcard Lois Boisson won the L’Open 35 de Saint Malo trophy by beating Chloe Paquet 4-6, 7-6 (3), 6-3.
Earlier in the tournament, Boisson, ranked No 191, defeated No 4 seed Varvara Gracheva (6-4, 7-5), Argentinian qualifier Solana Sierra (6-1, 6-0), American Katie Volynets, the No 7 seed (5-7, 6-2, 6-2) and No 8 seed Alize Cornet (3-6, 6-1, 6-4).
Paquet, ranked No 149, defeated Mexican Renata Zarazua, the No 6 seed (3-6, 6-0, 6-4), Belarusian qualifier Iryna Shymanovich (6-4, 6-3), American Peyton Stearns, the No 3 seed (7-5, 2-6, 6-0) and Swiss Celine Naef (6-3, 6-4) in the previous rounds.
