Swiss Viktorija Golubic, the No 7 seed, won against Russian lucky loser Ekaterina Makarova 6-4, 6-1 to move into the last 16 of the Open BLS de Limoges on Monday.
Golubic, ranked No 109, will face the winner of the match between Romanian qualifier Patricia Maria Tig and Georgian Mariam Bolkvadze next.
