Belgian Greet Minnen, the No 4 seed, moved into the final of the Polish Open by defeating Pole wildcard Maja Chwalinska 6-4, 6-3 on Friday evening.
Minnen, ranked No 113, will play Ukrainian Dayana Yastremska, the No 8 seed, next.
Ahead of her victory, the Belgian won against Croat Petra Marcinko (6-1, 6-0), Swiss Susan Bandecchi (6-2, 6-2) and German Eva Lys, the No 9 seed (6-0, 7-6 (4)).
Maja Chwalinska beat German Jule Niemeier, the top seed (4-6, 6-2, 6-3), qualifier Anna Siskova (4-6, 6-4, 6-1) and wildcard Martyna Kubka (7-6 (9), 6-4) earlier in the tournament.
