Top seed Linda Noskova won against German Ella Seidel 6-1, 6-3 to move into the semi-finals of the Prague Open at the Sparta Prague Tennis Club on Wednesday evening.
Noskova, ranked No 27, will face Pole Magda Linette, the No 4 seed, next.
In the previous rounds of the Prague tournament, Linda Noskova beat Ukrainian qualifier Katarina Zavatska (6-3, 6-2) and German Eva Lys (6-2, 2-1 ret.).
Seidel, ranked No 150, won against Argentinian Nadia Podoroska, the No 7 seed (6-4, 2-6, 6-1) and Japanese lucky loser Ena Shibahara (6-2, 7-5) earlier in the tournament.
