Rabat Open: Cocciaretto advances to quarter-finals
Elisabetta Cocciaretto won against Zhuoxuan Bai 6-4, 6-2 on Tuesday evening and will play the winner of the match between Italian qualifier Camilla Rosatello and Russian Kamilla Rakhimova in the next round

Italian Elisabetta Cocciaretto, the No 7 seed, defeated Chinese Zhuoxuan Bai 6-4, 6-2 to reach the last eight of the Rabat Open at Union Sportive des Cheminots du Maroc on Tuesday evening.
Cocciaretto, ranked No 52, will face the winner of the match between Italian qualifier Camilla Rosatello and Russian Kamilla Rakhimova next.
Ahead of her victory, the Italian won against Moroccan wildcard Yasmine Kabbaj (6-3, 6-4).
Bai, ranked No 99, won against American Kayla Day (6-3, 7-6 (4)) in the previous round of the Rabat tournament.
