Rakhimova advances to last eight at Rabat Open
Kamilla Rakhimova benefited from Camilla Rosatello retirement on Wednesday evening in Rabat. Rakhimova will face Italian Elisabetta Cocciaretto in the next round.

Russian Kamilla Rakhimova reached the last eight of the Rabat Open when Italian qualifier Camilla Rosatello retired while trailing 4-0 in the first set at Union Sportive des Cheminots du Maroc on Wednesday night.
Rakhimova, ranked No 105, had not lost a single game when Rosatello, ranked No 294, called it quits.
The 22-year-old will play Italian Elisabetta Cocciaretto, the No 7 seed, next. Rakhimova also got a retirement in round one, that won from Taylor Townsend after just two games.
In the previous round of the Rabat tournament, Rosatello edged out Chinese Yue Yuan, the top seed (7-6 (7), 1-6, 6-4).
