‘s-Hertogenbosch Open: Alexandrova moves into last 4

Second seed Ekaterina Alexandrova moved into the last 4 of the’s-Hertogenbosch Open by winning against No 8 seed Veronika Kudermetova 5-7, 6-4, 6-2 at Autotron Rosmalen on Friday.
Alexandrova, ranked No 19, will face the winner of the match between Chinese lucky loser Yue Yuan and Belgian Elise Mertens, the No 3 seed, next.
Ekaterina Alexandrova beat Georgian qualifier Mariam Bolkvadze (6-3, 6-4) and Anna Blinkova (6-0, 7-5) ahead of her victory.
In the previous rounds of the Rosmalen tournament, Kudermetova, ranked No 39, won against Polina Kudermetova (6-3, 6-3) and Belgian Greet Minnen (6-4, 6-1).
