Second seed Katie Boulter won against Frenchwoman Varvara Gracheva, the No 8 seed, 6-0, 3-6, 6-3 to reach the final of the Trophée Clarins on Saturday.
Boulter, ranked No 40, will face the winner of the match between Frenchwoman Chloe Paquet and Belarusian Aliaksandra Sasnovich next.
Earlier in the tournament, Katie Boulter beat Russian Erika Andreeva (6-4, 6-4), Australian Daria Saville (6-3, 6-0) and French qualifier Elsa Jacquemot (6-4, 1-6, 6-2).
Gracheva, ranked No 65, won against American qualifier Louisa Chirico (6-1, 6-2), American Hailey Baptiste (2-6, 6-4, 6-3) and Russian Kamilla Rakhimova (7-5, 2-6, 6-4) in the previous rounds.
