European Open: Korda advances to second round
Sebastian Korda edged out Marcos Giron 6-3, 6-7, 6-4 on Wednesday and will face No 4 seed Karen Khachanov in the next round

Sebastian Korda reached the second round of the European Open by edging out Marcos Giron 6-3, 6-7, 6-4 at the Lotto Arena in Antwerp on Wednesday afternoon.
Korda, ranked No 36, will play No 4 seed Karen Khachanov next.
