Marseille Open: Bonzi upsets De Minaur to set up all French semi against Fils
The Frenchman scored a straight sets 6-2, 6-4 win over the No 3 seed Alex De Minaur

Frenchman Benjamin Bonzi upset third seeded Australian Alex De Minaur 6-2, 6-4 to advance to the semi-finals of the Marseille Open at the Palais des sports de Marseille on Friday.
Bonzi, who reached the finals of the ATP Pune Open in January and is currently ranked No 60 in the world, will face wildcard Arthur Fils, also from France, next.
Ahead of Friday’s win, Bonzi beat wildcard Luca Van Assche (7-5, 7-5) and American Maxime Cressy, the No 5 seed (6-7 (5), 6-4, 6-3).
De Minaur, ranked No 23 in the world, won against Swiss qualifier Alexander Ritschard (6-3, 6-3) in the previous round of the Open de Provence.
