Charleston Open: Hometown favourite Rogers upsets Collins to reach second round
The American will face countrywoman Caty McNally in the next round

Local favourite Shelby Rogers advanced to the second round of the Charleston Open by winning against No 13 seed Danielle Collins 6-7 (2), 6-4, 6-1 at the Family Circle Tennis Center on Tuesday.
Rogers, ranked No 44, will face American Caty McNally next.
