Musetti through to last 16 with win over Kokkinakis at Toronto

Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the No 16 seed, advanced to the last 16 of the Toronto Masters by edging out Australian qualifier Thanasi Kokkinakis 4-6, 7-5, 6-4 at the Aviva Centre on Wednesday evening.
Musetti, ranked No 19, will play Russian Daniil Medvedev, the second seed, next.
Ahead of his victory, the 21-year-old Italian won against Japanese Yoshihito Nishioka (6-4, 6-1).
Kokkinakis, ranked No 86, defeated Chinese Zhizhen Zhang (7-5, 6-4) in the previous round of the Rogers Cup.
