Jan-Lennard Struff has been confirmed for the replacement of Nick “King” Kyrgios at UTS Frankfurt.
Kyrgios is unable to participate due to injury so the German comes in as he continues his comeback from a hip problem that kept him out of Wimbledon.
Struff will have the nickname ‘The Thunder”. He has reached two ATP Tour finals this year, one in Stuttgart and one in Madrid, and will look to pick up where he left off.
UTS Frankfurt takes place between September 15 and 17, and features a field including Daniil “The Chessmaster” Medvedev, Monte-Carlo Masters 1000 winner Andrey “Rublo” Rublev, Christopher “The Rocket” Eubanks, Gaël “La Monf” Monfils, Diego “El Peque” Schwartzman, Benoît “The Rebel” Paire and Casper “The Iceman” Ruud.
