Queen’s: Musetti ends Harris run to reach semi-finals
Lorenzo Musetti won against Billy Harris 6-3, 7-5 on Friday and will face Australian Jordan Thompson in the next round

Italian Lorenzo Musetti defeated wildcard Billy Harris 6-3, 7-5 to move into the semi-finals of the cinch Championships at London’s Queen’s Club on Friday.
Musetti, ranked No 30, will face Australian Jordan Thompson next. Harris was appearing in the quarters of an ATP event for the first time.
The 22-year-old Italian won against Australian Alex de Minaur, the second seed (1-6, 6-4, 6-2) and edged out American Brandon Nakashima (6-4, 4-6, 6-4) ahead of his victory.
In the previous rounds of the Queen’s tournament, Harris, ranked No 162, beat Argentinian Tomas Martin Etcheverry (6-4, 3-6, 6-3) and French qualifier Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard (6-4, 7-5).
