Swiss Jil Teichmann moved into the last 16 of the Dow Tennis Classic by winning against American Elizabeth Mandlik 7-6 (2), 6-2 on Monday.
Teichmann, ranked No 139, will face Ukrainian Lesia Tsurenko, the No 8 seed, next.
