Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the No 13 seed, moved into the last 4 of the Monte-Carlo Masters by edging out Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas, the No 6 seed, 1-6, 6-3, 6-4 at Monte-Carlo Country Club on Friday.
Musetti, ranked No 16, will play Australian Alex De Minaur, the No 8 seed, next.
The Italian beat Chinese qualifier Yunchaokete Bu (4-6, 7-5, 6-3), Jiri Lehecka (1-6, 7-5, 6-2) and Matteo Berrettini (6-3, 6-3) ahead of his victory.
Earlier in the tournament, Tsitsipas, ranked No 8, won against Australian Jordan Thompson (4-6, 6-4, 6-2) and Portuguese Nuno Borges (6-1, 6-1).
