Argentina’s Navone to be first opponent for Sinner in Rome

Argentinian Mariano Navone defeated Italian wildcard Federico Cina 6-3, 6-3 to move into the second round of the Rome Masters at the Foro Italico in Roma on Thursday afternoon.

Navone, ranked No 99, will play top seed Jannik Sinner next in the Italian’s first match since returning from a three-month doping ban
