Djokovic wins 100th career title in Geneva comeback triumph against Hurkacz
The Serbian superstar has passed yet another milestone

Novak Djokovic has finally succeeded in his quest for a 100th career title after coming back from a set down to defeat Hubert Hurkacz 5-7, 7-6 (2), 7-6 (2) to win the Geneva Open.
He also battled back from 4-2 down in the final set to take it on a tiebreak after three hours and five minutes – a far cry from the double fault he served on set point in the first.
But it was Hurkacz who wobbled in the deciding set, serving a dismal game at 4-3, including two unforced errors plus a double fault to allow Djokovic to level the score.
The former world No 1 is the third man to win a century of tour-level titles after Jimmy Connors and Roger Federer, and the first man in the Open era to win a title in 20 different seasons.
Having just turned 38, he is also the oldest champion in Geneva tournament history.
His last title was at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
Hurkacz has still never won a match against Djokovic, who extends his record against him to 8-0.
