Alert – Coric through to final as Rune retires injured in Montpellier

Croat Borna Coric, the No 4 seed, reached the final of the Montpellier Open when Dane Holger Rune, the top seed, retired at the Sud de France Arena.
Coric, ranked No 37, led 6-3, 4-1 when Rune, ranked No 7, pulled out at the Sud de France Arena on Saturday evening.
The Croat will face Kazakh Alexander Bublik, the second seed, next.
Borna Coric won against Spaniard Pedro Martinez (6-4, 6-0) and Italian Flavio Cobolli (6-3, 6-4) ahead of his victory.
Earlier in the tournament, the 20-year-old Dane defeated Spanish qualifier Pablo Llamas Ruiz (7-5, 6-2) and American Michael Mmoh (7-6 (6), 6-4).
