Barcelona Open: Tsitsipas sets up last-16 meeting with Shapovalov

Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas, the second seed, moved into the last 16 of the Barcelona Open by beating Argentinian Pedro Cachin 6-4, 6-2 at Real Club de Tenis Barcelona on Wednesday.

Tsitsipas, ranked No 5, will face Canadian Denis Shapovalov, the No 14 seed, next.

In the previous round of the Barcelona tournament, Cachin, ranked No 69, won against Dutchman Gijs Brouwer (6-3, 7-5).
