Croatia Open: Tseng beats ill Fognini to reach last eight
Tseng will take on Jakub Mensik for a spot in the quarter-finals

Lucky loser Chun-Hsin Tseng scored a comprehensive straight sets win over Italian Fabio Fognini, who later admitted that he was not feeling well but decided to take to the court anyways for the second round match at the Croatia Open.
Tseng, who came into the main draw after Holger Rune pulled out, won 6-1, 6-0 to reach the quarter-finals at the ITC Stella Maris in Umag on Wednesday. The world No 159 will face Jakub Mensik next.
In the previous round of the tournament, Fognini, ranked No 70, won against Frenchman Luca Van Assche (6-4, 6-3). The Italian posted a message on social media after his loss, revealing about his ill-health.
