Marseille Open: Altmaier moves into second round

German Daniel Altmaier beat Italian Luca Nardi 6-2, 6-2 to advance to the second round of the Marseille Open at the Palais des sports on Tuesday.

Altmaier, ranked No 80, will play Finn Otto Virtanen next.
