Metz Open: Norrie moves into semi-finals to face Moutet
Cameron Norrie won against Zizou Bergs 6-3, 6-7 (6), 6-1 on Thursday and will face Frenchman Corentin Moutet in the next round

Cameron Norrie moved into the semi-finals of the Metz Open by beating Belgian Zizou Bergs 6-3, 6-7 (6), 6-1 at the Arènes de Metz on Thursday.
Norrie, ranked No 57, will next face Frenchman Corentin Moutet, who advanced when top seed Andrey Rublev withdrew from the event due to an abdominal injury.
It will be the 25th career semi-final for Norrie in his career, but the first at an indoor tournament.
In the previous rounds of the tournament, Norrie won against Spaniard Roberto Carballes Baena (3-6, 6-4, 6-3) and French lucky loser Luca Van Assche (6-3, 3-6, 6-1).
Bergs, ranked No 61, defeated French lucky loser Manuel Guinard (6-4, 6-4) and Frenchman Hugo Gaston (6-4, 7-5) earlier in the week.
