Miami Masters: Dimitrov through to last 16 in close Khachanov encounter
Grigor Dimitrov edged out Karen Khachanov 6-7 (3), 6-4, 7-5 on Sunday and will face the winner of the match between American Brandon Nakashima, the No 31 seed, and Belgian David Goffin in the next round

Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov, the No 14 seed, edged out Russian Karen Khachanov, the No 22 seed, 6-7 (3), 6-4, 7-5 to reach the last 16 of the Miami Masters at the Hard Rock Stadium on Sunday.
Dimitrov is now the fourth active player to record 100 ATP Masters 1000 wins on a hard court, and through to the fourth round in Miami for the fourth time.
Dimitrov, ranked No 15, will face the winner of the match between American Brandon Nakashima, the No 31 seed, and Belgian David Goffin next.
The 33-year-old Bulgarian defeated Italian wildcard Federico Cina (6-1, 6-4) ahead of his victory.
In the previous round of the Miami Open, Khachanov, ranked No 23, won against Australian Nick Kyrgios (7-6 (3), 6-0).
