Miami Masters: Monfils upsets Lehecka to reach third round
The Frenchman edged out Jiri Lehecka 6-1, 3-6, 7-6 (8) on Friday and will face Spaniard Jaume Munar in the next round

French veteran Gael Monfils edged out No 26 seed Jiri Lehecka 6-1, 3-6, 7-6 (8) to move into the third round of the Miami Masters at the Hard Rock Stadium on Friday.
Monfils, ranked No 46, will face Spaniard Jaume Munar next.
Ahead of his win today, the 38-year-old Frenchman edged out Hungarian Fabian Marozsan (6-3, 3-6, 6-4).
