Monte-Carlo Masters: Bautista Agut reaches second round

Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut won against Serb lucky loser Filip Krajinovic 5-7, 7-6 (10), 6-1 to reach the second round of the Monte-Carlo Masters at Monte-Carlo Country Club on Monday.

It snaps the Spaniard’s four-match losing streak since defeating Marton Fucsovics in the first round of Doha.

Bautista Agut, ranked No 28, will face the winner of the match between Kazakh Alexander Bublik and German Alexander Zverev, the No 13 seed, next.
