Dominic Stricker beat Tallon Griekspoor 6-4, 6-4 and will face the winner of the match between Nicolas Jarry and Holger Rune in the next round

Swiss wildcard Dominic Stricker advanced to the second round of the Swiss Indoors by winning against Dutchman Tallon Griekspoor 6-4, 6-4 at the St. Jakobshalle in Basel.
Stricker, ranked No 258, will play the winner of the match between Chilean Nicolas Jarry and Dane Holger Rune, the No 4 seed, next.
