Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic are both expected to play an exhibition event in England this week ahead of Wimbledon. Neither man has played any other grass-court events in the lead-up to the year’s third Grand Slam, so there is added interest in what their practice plans are.

Nadal is returning from radiofrequency treatment on his chronic foot problem, while Djokovic has not played since losing to his Spanish rival in the quarter-finals of Roland-Garros. We look at who else is in the exhibition line-up, and what to expect.

Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic are playing the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic this week ahead of Wimbledon. It will be held at the Hurlingham Club in London from Tuesday June 21 to Sunday June 26.

Where is the Hurlingham Club?

The Hurlingham Club is in Ranelagh Gardens, an exclusive part of London, on the north bank of the River Thames. It is not too far from Queen’s Club, and just over the river from Wimbledon.

Who else is playing at the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic?

Other confirmed players for the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic include Carlos Alcaraz, Felix Auger-Aliassime and Casper Ruud, plus retired stars including Greg Rusedski, Xavier Malisse, Lleyton Hewitt, Radek Stepanek, Mansour Bahrami, Marcos Baghdatis and Tommy Haas.

Are there tickets available for the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic?

The packages for the weekdays are sold out, but there are tickets remaining for the Legends Weekend. Though there is no order of play yet for the weekdays, te Saturday schedule includes an exhibition between Casper Ruud and Carlos Alcaraz, as well as two legends’ singles matches, a legends’ doubles, and an exhibition mixed doubles, which is set to feature Laura Robson and Daniela Hantuchova.

Play begins on Tuesday at 5pm BST, and then at 2.30pm BST on all the other days.
