Second seed Coco Gauff reached the last four of Roland-Garros by winning against No 7 seed Madison Keys 6-7 (6), 6-4, 6-1 on Wednesday.
Gauff, ranked No 2, will face the winner of the match between Russian Mirra Andreeva, the No 6 seed, and French wildcard Lois Boisson next.
Earlier in the tournament, Coco Gauff beat Australian Olivia Gadecki (6-2, 6-2), qualifier Tereza Valentova (6-2, 6-4), Marie Bouzkova (6-1, 7-6 (3)) and Russian Ekaterina Alexandrova, the No 20 seed (6-0, 7-5).
Keys, ranked No 8, defeated Australian qualifier Daria Saville (6-2, 6-1), Katie Boulter (6-1, 6-3), No 31 seed Sofia Kenin (4-6, 6-3, 7-5) and Hailey Baptiste (6-3, 7-5) in the previous rounds.
