Argentinian wildcard Julieta Lara Estable won against Peruvian wildcard Lucciana Perez Alarcon 6-2, 1-6, 6-2 to advance to the second round of the Argentina Open at the Buenos Aires Lawn Tennis Club on Monday evening.

Julieta Lara Estable will play the winner of the match between Frenchwoman Diane Parry, the top seed, and Georgian qualifier Ekaterine Gorgodze next.
