Bogota Open: Osorio reaches last eight, faces Maria next

Colombian Camila Osorio, the second seed, moved into the quarter-finals of the Bogota Open by winning against American Emina Bektas 1-6, 7-6 (5), 6-2 at the Country Club Bogota on Thursday.
Osorio, ranked No 54, will play German Tatjana Maria, the No 6 seed, next.
Ahead of her win today, the Colombian defeated wildcard Mariana Isabel Higuita Barraza (6-0, 6-1).
Bektas, ranked No 186, won against Colombian wildcard Maria Camila Torres Murcia (6-0, 6-3) in the previous round of the tournament.
