Frenchwoman Oceane Dodin reached the second round of the Budapest Open by defeating Romanian Irina Bara 7-6 (3), 6-3 at Római Tennis Academy on Monday night.
Dodin, ranked No 106, will play the winner of the match between Romanian Irina-Camelia Begu, the top seed, and Hungarian wildcard Rebeka Stolmar next.
