Collins holds off Raducanu to reach quarters in Strasbourg

American Danielle Collins held off wildcard entry Emma Raducanu 4-6, 6-1, 6-3 to reach the last eight of the Strasbourg Open at the Tennis Club de Strasbourg on Wednesday afternoon.
Collins, ranked No 46, will face the winner of the match between American Jessica Pegula, the top seed, and Russian Anna Kalinskaya next.
In the previous round of the Strasbourg tournament, the American defeated Sofia Kenin (6-1, 1-6, 6-2).
Raducanu, ranked No 43, won against Australian Daria Kasatkina, the No 6 seed (6-1, 6-3) in the previous round of the Strasbourg tournament.
