Belarusian Aliaksandra Sasnovich won against Dutchwoman Arantxa Rus 6-1, 7-6 (5) to advance to the 32 of the Guadalajara Open in Mexico on Sunday.
Sasnovich, ranked No 102, will play No 3 seed Caroline Garcia next.
