Oksana Selekhmeteva moved into the last eight of the Megasaray Hotels Open 2 by defeating No 3 seed Kamilla Rakhimova 6-3, 3-6, 6-0 on Thursday.
Selekhmeteva, ranked No 152, will face the winner of the match between Hungarian Dalma Galfi and Slovenian lucky loser Tamara Zidansek next.
Oksana Selekhmeteva won against German qualifier Noma Noha Akugue (6-4, 7-5) in the previous round.
Rakhimova, ranked No 77, won against Pole Maja Chwalinska (7-5, 6-4).
