Swiss Ylena In-Albon reached the quarter-finals of the Montevideo Open by beating Russian Daria Lodikova 6-2, 7-6 (4) at the Carrasco Lawn Tennis Club.
In-Albon, ranked No 275, will play the winner of the match between Argentinian Martina Capurro Taborda, the No 3 seed, and American Robin Montgomery next.
