Morocco Open: Bronzetti crushes Stephens to reach final
Lucia Bronzetti defeated Sloane Stephens 6-1, 6-1 on Friday and will play Austrian Julia Grabher for the title

Italian Lucia Bronzetti beat American Sloane Stephens, the second seed, 6-1, 6-1 to advance to the final of the Morocco Open at Union Sportive des Cheminots du Maroc in Rabat on Friday afternoon.
Bronzetti, ranked No 102, will play Austrian Julia Grabher next.

Earlier in the tournament, the Italian won against Swede Rebecca Peterson (6-4, 7-6 (4)), German Tatjana Maria, the No 8 seed (6-7 (1), 6-4, 7-5) and American Alycia Parks, the No 4 seed (6-2, 6-0).
Stephens, ranked No 35, defeated Russian wildcard Vera Zvonareva (7-5, 6-4), Hungarian Timea Babos (6-3, 6-1) and Peyton Stearns (6-7 (4), 6-3, 7-6 (6)) in the previous rounds of the Rabat Grand Prix.
