Roland-Garros: Schwartzman looks sharp in straight sets win over Borges, moves into third round

Argentinian Diego Schwartzman defeated Portuguese Nuno Borges 7-6 (3), 6-4, 6-3 to advance to the third round of Roland-Garros.

Schwartzman, ranked No 95, will face Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas, the No 5 seed, next.

The Argentinian overhauled Spaniard Bernabe Zapata Miralles, the No 32 seed (1-6, 6-7 (5), 6-2, 6-0, 6-4) ahead of his victory.

In the previous round, Borges, ranked No 80, won against American John Isner (6-4, 5-7, 7-6 (3), 4-6, 7-6 (9)).
