Roger Federer and his wife, Mirka Federer, walked the red carpet and attended the Oscars at Los Angeles’ Dolby Theatre on Sunday evening, continuing a string of public appearances over the past week for the Swiss tennis legend, who retired from tennis in September 2022.
Federer was in San Francisco last week to announce that the city has been selected to host the 2025 edition of the Laver Cup, a tournament that his company Team 8 co-owns.
Over the weekend, the 20-time Grand Slam champion made a visit to the Chase Center, where the Golden State Warriors play and saw the team practice before watching the team take on the San Antonio Spurs.
On Sunday evening, Federer and wife Mirka walked the red carpet at the Oscars with the Swiss dazzling in a white suit jacket and black pants, along with a black bow tie and black shades.
Mirka was in a long, black dress with white collar and buttons and carried a white clutch bag.
This is Federer’s second appearance at the Oscars, the first coming in 2016 when he famously had a tequila shot.
