22nd seed Cobolli through to Wimbledon third round for the first time
The Italian will play the winner of the match between American Marcos Giron and No 15 seed Jakub Mensik in the next round

Italian Flavio Cobolli, the No 22 seed, won against wildcard Jack Pinnington Jones 6-1, 7-6 (6), 6-2 to move into the third round of Wimbledon on Thursday.
Cobolli, ranked No 24, will face the winner of the match between American Marcos Giron and No 15 seed Jakub Mensik next at the All England Club in London.
This is the first time that the Italian has reached the third round at Wimbledon and equals his best performance at a Grand Slam, having reached the third round at all the other three Majors.
Earlier in the week, the Italian defeated Kazakh qualifier Beibit Zhukayev (6-3, 7-6 (7), 6-1).
Pinnington Jones, ranked No 281, won against Argentinian Tomas Martin Etcheverry (7-6 (4), 6-3, 7-5) in the previous round of tournament.
