Federico Coria stops Cam Norrie to reach last eight in Buenos Aires

Argentinian Federico Coria defeated second seed Cameron Norrie 6-2, 4-6, 6-3 to advance to the quarter-finals of the Argentina Open at Buenos Aires Lawn Tennis Club on Thursday evening.
Coria earned his fourth top 20 win, handing No 20-ranked Norrie an opening-round loss at a clay-court event for just the second time in his last 14 appearances on the surface.
Coria, ranked No 106, will face the winner of the match between Argentinian Sebastian Baez, the No 5 seed, and Italian Luciano Darderi next.
In the previous round of the Buenos Aires Open, the Argentinian edged out Austrian Sebastian Ofner (7-5, 4-6, 7-5).
