Andrey “Rublo” Rublev continued his spectacular UTS form by taking Alexander Bublik apart in the Final Four, 25-11, 25-12, 26-11.

It means he has set up a final against Alex de Minaur that features two former UTS champions – The Demon in Antwerp in 2020, Rublo in Frankfurt last year.

The two have already met this weekend in round-robin action – with Rublev winning 13-15, 18-10, 17-14, 17-12.

Rublev was moving quickly and playing his points equally swiftly – hence the sensational scoreline which made him the only man in UTS history thus far to score more than 25 points in every quarter of a win.

At some stages of the third quarter, The Bublik Enemy looked entirely gobsmacked as his opponent won seven points in a row on the way to wrapping up a comprehensive victory.
