Kalinina to meet Tsurenko in second round of Wimbledon
29th seed Anhelina Kalinina edged out Anna Bondar 4-6, 6-2, 6-4 to advance to the second round of Wimbledon for the first time in her career

Ukrainian Anhelina Kalinina, the No 29 seed, edged out Hungarian Anna Bondar 4-6, 6-2, 6-4 to move into the second round of Wimbledon at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London on Monday.
Kalinina, ranked No 34, will play Ukrainian Lesia Tsurenko next. Tsurenko defeated British wild card Jodie Anna Burrage 6-2, 6-3.

- Ons Jabeur (3) beat Mirjam Bjorklund (Q): 6-1, 6-3

- Maja Chwalinska (Q) beat Katerina Siniakova: 6-0, 7-5
